1. Return Period

Returns and refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.

2. Condition of Returned Items

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused

  • Items must be in their original packaging

  • Items must be in the same condition as received

Returns that do not meet these requirements may be refused.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, underwear cannot be returned under any circumstances.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Return courier fees are the responsibility of the customer

  • We do not refund shipping costs

  • Refunds apply to the product amount only

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will:

  • Notify you of approval or rejection

  • Process your refund to your original payment method

Please allow 3–7 working days for processing.

6. Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If the item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide photos of the issue
    We will assist with a replacement or refund where applicable.
